NDIS Provider Service Areas — Craigieburn and the 20km Around It

You Belong Care is based in Craigieburn VIC 3064. We deliver NDIS services across a 20km service radius that covers the Hume, Whittlesea and Mitchell shires, plus pockets of the Banyule and Moreland council areas. This page maps every suburb we actively deliver services in, with direct links to each suburb’s detailed page.

Our team lives and works in these suburbs. When you call, you are speaking to someone who knows the local GP clinics, train stations, shopping centres, mosques, temples, churches and the specific challenges of each area. That local knowledge is not something national NDIS chains can replicate.

Every Service, Every Suburb

Why Suburb-Specific Knowledge Matters

NDIS support delivered well is local. Things that matter from suburb to suburb:

  • Public transport — which bus routes run, which connect to the Craigieburn train line, how long trips actually take during peak
  • Medical infrastructure — which GP clinics bulk-bill, which specialists accept NDIS referrals, where the closest emergency department is
  • Shopping access — wheelchair accessible supermarkets, halal butchers, South Asian grocers, chemists with NDIS-registered compounders
  • Accessible venues — playgrounds, community centres, libraries, leisure centres with adaptive equipment
  • Cultural and faith communities — which suburb has active Turkish, Punjabi, Arabic, Mandarin communities and centres
  • Housing stock — which areas have accessible rentals, which streets have flat approaches for walkers and wheelchairs

We know this stuff. It gets written into care plans and shift routines. When we suggest a community activity in your suburb, it is because we have been there and it works.

How Travel Time Is Funded

NDIS Price Guide rates cover partial provider travel time on most services. Specifically:

  • Up to 30 minutes of travel time each way is claimable on standard support shifts
  • Rural and remote areas have additional allowances
  • SIL and in-home services include staff travel as part of the shift
  • Transport services have their own pricing structure based on distance

What this means practically: you do not pay extra out of your plan for us to come to your suburb, as long as it is within our service radius. Travel beyond the standard radius is negotiated case by case — we never charge hidden travel fees.

Areas We Do Not Currently Service

Honest about what we do not cover. We do not service:

  • Inner Melbourne suburbs (generally anything south of Reservoir or west of Broadmeadows)
  • Eastern suburbs past Ringwood
  • Regional Victoria outside our service area (Wallan is our northern edge; Seymour and beyond are outside)
  • Western suburbs past Sunshine

If you are in one of these areas we will tell you and can often refer to a provider who does cover it. We would rather send you to the right provider than pretend to cover an area we do not.
